Returning Merchandise If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please call customer service at 1-877 346 7080 within 15 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or goods returned due to customer error are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. Refunds/Store Credit Authorized returns will be refunded the full amount of the merchandise to your original account as soon as we receive the returns from you. If you prefer to have store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
